I watched the movie “L’Ultimo Bacio” this weekend on Netflix and really enjoyed it (even though I wanted to slap a couple of the characters at times). It’s about a group of friends all in different phases of relationships and reacting to those situations with varying degrees of male stupidity. One cheats on his pregnant girlfriend, one leaves his wife and baby to roam across the country, one won’t stop stalking his ex. One is actually an enlightened, intelligent newlywed (imagine that!) who urges his friends not to flee at the first signs of change.
The movie seems to have done at least moderately well, as there’s a sequel: “Baciami Ancora”. Jovanotti did the title song from the movie and the actors from the film are in the official music video, which I posted below. Underneath the video are the lyrics in Italian and my English interpretation. Enjoy!
